Movie Trivia

- The first Coen Brothers film not photographed by Roger Deakins since Miller's Crossing (1990). He was not available, have committed to shoot Revolutionary Road (2008).

- The first scene performed Malkovich was a phone call in which he screams obscenities at different Brad Pitt and Frances McDormand. But Malkovich was not on the sound stage for the call because he was rehearsing a play, so he called in the lines from his apartment in Paris.
